This summer, Oakville Galleries presents Out of Line, a group show surveying Canadian artists working in the expanded field of drawing. Bringing together recent work by participating artists, this group exhibition assesses the significant ways in which drawing practices are taking shape at the present moment. Artists include Jaime Angelopoulos, Shary Boyle & Shuvinai Ashoona, Tammi Campbell, Jean-Paul Kelly, Lyse Lemieux, Jason McLean, Elizabeth MacKenzie, Thérèse Mastroiacovo, Olia Mishchenko, Ken Nicol, Luke Painter, Sojourner Truth Parsons, Ed Pien, Itee Pootoogook, Margaret Priest, Jennifer Rose Sciarrino, Derek Sullivan, Howie Tsui, Kelly Wallace, and many others.
