Please join us as part of this year’s annual Canadian Art Foundation Gallery Hop with a tour and exhibition walkthrough with Jacob Whibley. Jacob will discuss his mixed media artistic practice as part of his second solo exhibition with Narwhal Projects, all we ever wanted was everything.
Jacob Robert Whibley is a Toronto based artist focusing on the information and experiences embedded within objects and forms by way of intuitively blending histories, architectures and ambiguous temporalities into formal compositions and structures.
Exhibition runs until October 3, 2015.
About the Canadian Art Gallery Hop
Every year, the Canadian Art Foundation presents a free, day-long program of gallery tours, talks and events in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal.
In each of these three cities, Gallery Hop participants embark on guided tours of the city’s top galleries and institutions, led by local artists, writers and curators. They also partake in vivid roundtable discussions, and mingle with artists, gallerists and Canadian Art editors at a celebratory magazine launch to end the day.
